We have been selected to answer the call for projects of the identity renewal and the website of the Brussels visual arts school of La Cambre . Our project aims to refound the identity and communication bases of the school. How? First: simplify (unified and hierarchical information and tools), then reaffirm existing graphic codes and finally shake the order by creating contrast and dialogue with independent initiatives specific to each workshop / event. La Cambre must, in our opinion, adopt a radical, pragmatic and surprising attitude. In collaboration with Balthazar Delepierre. (among the 4 finalists, project not retained)

The website is the first contact, it touches all the targets, it's a total tool which allows us to visually concretize our approach. The content, dense and evolutive, is treated instinctively by the use of a system of windows and filters. The student and his work have full visibility via the catalog, where this time the image is the center of attention. The Cinematek in Brussels has one of the richest collections in the world. Nevertheless, this legacy is fragile and requires protection. The preservation of these works is one of the major problems of this institution. Rewinder is a digital platform for viewing the cinematographic treasures of cinematek. Thanks to it, you can also participate in the restoration and digitization of rare and unpublished works. Or how new technologies can provide global solutions to ensure the sustainability of these cinematographic works.
